I recently stopped by Lola’s Burger & Tequila Bar in Roswell — and this was actually my first time filming a whole video by myself! It was such a fun experience getting to taste and describe everything on camera (and let’s be honest — it was so yummy).

🎬 Here’s the video:

A Roswell Favorite with Latin Flair

Lola’s has been a Roswell staple for years, offering a lively mix of Latin-inspired dishes, burgers, and cocktails in a colorful, upbeat space. General Manager Anna shared that they’ve been open for five years, and she’s been leading the team for the last three — keeping things fresh with seasonal pop-up bars (like their Halloween-themed one upstairs).

The Atmosphere

Lola’s has such a fun and lively energy — it’s the kind of place that feels perfect for both casual dinners and weekend hangouts. The music, colorful decor, and friendly staff make it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. During my visit, the restaurant was buzzing with people enjoying margaritas, tacos, and laughter. It’s upbeat without being too loud — the perfect mix of laid-back and festive.

Best Dishes to Try

1. Latin Street Corn

This deep-fried corn is crisp outside, tender inside, and coated with cotija cheese, adobo mayo, tajín, and lime. It’s tangy, savory, and just messy enough to be fun — maybe not first-date food, but absolutely worth it.

2. 944 Smash Burger

Made with a juicy blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket, this burger is rich, beefy, and perfectly seared. The chive aioli adds a buttery, garlicky punch that makes it stand out.

3. Birria Tacos
Crispy, cheesy, and served with a flavorful dipping broth. Each bite is rich and comforting — no wonder it’s one of their top sellers.

💡 Pro tip: You can choose different sides with your meal, and the Latin Street Corn is one of the options! I definitely recommend picking it — it’s flavorful, fun, and pairs perfectly with the tacos or burger.

Don’t Miss the Drinks

Lola’s lives up to its name with a wide tequila and cocktail menu. I tried the Pomegranate Margarita (bright and citrusy) and the Coco Loco — a creamy coconut-lime cocktail that instantly transported me back to my Puerto Rico vacation vibes.
